Return printing of "Prompt Style" when printing from the Sermon Builder "Edit" screen

For two weeks I've printed my sermon from the "Edit" window and my slide prompts (cues) are missing. I learned today in a support email exchange that this was an intentional change by Logos:"The update that was made for version 46 did remove the prompt, handouts, and questions from being printed in the Edit mode."

However, the Logos 46 changelog only says that they will not be exported with handouts (which makes sense). See below.

I love Logos. This is one of the worst changes (potentially even a coding mistake (?), no disrespect intended!)

Please bring the ability to print slide cues/prompts for our slide operators. It is a massive waste of the prompt style (yes, it has other uses) to remove the help for slide operators.
