Automatic Download of Libraries

I asked Help, but I don't see a clear answer. The question is:

I have deactivated Automatic Download (Windows 11 Desktop), because when I bought a Library the last time, I wanted to hand-pick the Resources which go on my Desktop. When I happen to buy a Library or Bundle again and before doing so, I reactivate Automatic Download, will this download only the Resources from the last purchase or also those from earlier purchases?

Based on my settings, nothing ever automatically downloads in Logos:

I'll get a notification when updates are available. For new books, I either filter by Added or sort the library by tags (I tag all my books, so new books will have no tags) and decide which ones I want to download.

Me too. I decide what/when I want. 'Added' then gets a tag(s) or banished to hidden.

Propositional Outline Visual Filter
I've recently returned to Logos and have the Pro Subscription. There used to be a feature called Propositional Outline Visual Filter. It would break down the Scripture passages into main idea, sub points, etc. I can't for the life of me find that function any longer. Is it still available?
