Connect Proclaim to BlackMagic

Hello team,

We recently completed a wiring clean-up project, and now our Blackmagic ATEM Studio is no longer recognizing our presentation Dell computer running Proclaim. The computer is connected to the ATEM through HDMI, but the ATEM does not detect the signal anymore.

In addition, my computer now shows an unknown (phantom) display in the Display Settings, and I’m not sure if that might be related to the issue.

Can you assist us in troubleshooting why the ATEM is no longer receiving the HDMI signal from our presentation computer?

For the connection to work, you need to have extended displays (which I guess you have due to this working previously) and the Slides virtual screen needs to be linked to the output to the ATEM.

From what you can see is that the case?

Start timer
In our script we have 3 items in our warm up section: Sience devices "Service will start in (time blank) Service will start in with built in timer clock for 3 min added. The problem is that if I do not go ON-Air and run that section, there is no guarantee it will start on time and or run at all. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
