I have probably missed some good deals because Logos/Verbum emails are so far off the mark as to what is of interest to me that I simply delete them based on the email address of the sender. I little incentive - a professional level infographic, a confession of faith, a church document (the Lutherans especially have some good ones), a short work from the Armenian Church Fathers … i.e. a little freebie for my library would encourage me to actually open and read the ad. At the end of the year, you could sell them as a collection for those who still failed to open their mail. This would provide a mechanism for Logos to add very short works to their catalog … a contemporary equivalent to the Text Creation Partnership. Logos could even have users, seminaries, and churches send them suggested inclusions.
