I had it happen again this month. The Free Book being offered, I already own. Contacting Customer Service they informed me that there was nothing they could do. Their system does not allow making a substitution.
How many of you have had the same issue? Part of the benefit of having a subscription is the Free Book each month, or as a MAX subscriber, two free books each month. They way the system operates now, the more you buy from LOGOS, the less of a chance you will be able to utilize the Free Book part of your subscription that you paid for! Seems totally backwards to me!
A suggestion I would make to the team is to give the option of a choice between two different books for your free book. Not only would that significantly reduce this immediate concern, but it would also enable users to pick books more to their interest and traditions.
