Inserting a new slide

I would like to insert a new slide into an existing timeline. On PowerPoint I used to just click into the space between existing slides. I am new to Proclaim so still finding my way around I have looked into all the drop boxes and tried to just click into the space between existing slides but to no avail. Any advice would be welcomed.

Try clicking an existing slide to select it - then open the Add item menu in the toolbar and select the type of slide you want to add. It will be added after you slide you have selected

Warm up timer
Is there a way to add a countdown timer without editing slides? I connect all my slides so that I can change one and it changes multiple (pre-service, warm-up, service, and post-service). I would like the timer feature to still happen during the warmup without having to change every slide individually.
Display output not sizing to full size - "unused" space on top and bottom of slide.
