Our software sees the bridge but will not let us fully connect to it to create a scene. We are using Ethernet for the computer and for the bridge and we've rebooted and rebooted. We have check to see that both Proclaim software and the hue bridge are up to date.
We purchased the Philips system based on the fact that proclaims seems to recommend it but we're having challenges getting it to work.
We have talked with customer service at Proclaim, at Philips Hue, and used our Best buy membership to find out if there's something that can tell us regarding the computer. Nobody has a working suggestion and neither Proclaim nor Philips Hue want to take responsibility, each one tells us that the solution rest with the other party.
