Access MacArthur NT Commentaries by E4 for Libronix

About 20 years ago, I purchased the MacArthur NT Commentary set from E4. Even though they no longer exist, I had been using the commentary in Logos for years. However, as of about a month ago, I can no longer access some of the commentaries in the set. I still have the CD's, and I tried reinstallilng them, but some of the commentaries still don't appear. I called customer support, and they see the books in my account. They are a different version than the current Logos version. They told me that if they no longer work, I would have to buy the new version. This set is expensive. Does anyone know of a workaround to still be able to access the books? I installed my old libronix software, but it freezes up a lot, and will only let me use it for 30 days without registering, which is impossible.

www.logos.com/redeem www.logos.com/redeem What customer service told you sounds weird to me. Hopefully, a Logos employee will chime in and help you out.

In the meantime, I would try redeeming the Libronix CD license code into Logos. It might be a long shot but might be worth trying.

Make sure you are logged into your proper account and enter the CD’s license code.

What changed about a month ago? Did you reinstall or change computers or change anything else?

We have a record of your ownership of these resources, but we do not have the resource files (because those were always distributed by E4).

Since our system has recorded your ownership of the books, it should work to log in to Logos v48 with your Logos account, then run scan D:\ in the command box (where D: is your CD-ROM drive containing the E4 resource files) to import the files into your desktop installation. You may need to try scan D:\books or whatever folder the books are in on the CD.
