Is the print Library Ability Restricted?

It appears that adding books to a "Print Library" is not an option for my Premium Subscription. While I do have an "Add to Library" button, the only option

I have when hovering over my book selection is "review/Buy". Can I add a book to a Print Library with Premium or do I have to upgrade to Pro?

Print Library is only available in Pro or Max.
