Currently, it seems like most churches are duplicating a previous service, to avoid creating a new one from scratch each week, as, most churches services follow a similar format each week.
It would be super helpful to be able to have all the cues, etc already setup for a volunteer so all they have to do is insert the songs etc in the blanks / gaps between the already populated items.
Also, I think most churches are creating each service for a specific date, in advance.
Wouldn't it be great, if you could create a service, then save that as the default starting point for each week, then tell Proclaim to auto generate, this service type every <insert frequency> up to <insert number of weeks ahead> .
Proclaim would then go ahead and generate all your services ahead of time, so that the naming convention, and the church deemed "stock/default" items that you always use are already in there.
Planning centre does this, and we use it to generate our regular services, and our monthly communion services.
This way, every 1st Sunday of the month, a communion service is generated with the preset communion items etc.
