Study Assistant History - include flag as to what resources were included In each response

I have a SA history with similar question asked multiple times with different resources selected - getting an idea of how different authors, or denominations view topics.

However the SA history does not indicate what resources were selected for each response.

SA history should include some way to see what resources were selected for analysis for each response - even a dropdown if listing this for entry would take too much space.
