Multi Voice Commentary Set

Hi All

Does anyone know of a specific commentary set that has differing theological perspectives/positions/views offered from various scholars on each verse of the Bible.

Instead of the single scholar commenting on the verses, in Old or New Testaments, it rather has maybe two, three or more offering a theological view/interpretation.

It’s a case of finding all of the different positions that theologians take of the scriptures.

I don't know of such a set, however most advanced commentaries will discuss at least some of the views of other commentators. I'm thinking Pillar, Word, NICOT, NICNT, and many others. Of course these are one volume per book of the Bible so you need a lot of them to cover the Bible.

I think the Exegetical Summaries series as well as one of Logos' own series (name escapes me at the moment) do multi-view.

I agree with NB… that is probably your best bet. Most commentaries are written by a singe author. Study Bible and Single Volume commentaries have multiple authors but usually one author covers a book. The LRC doesn't do verse-by-verse per se but comments on chunks and gives a variety of different perspectives. Other suggestions you might find useful though are:

Wiley Blackwell, Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture, and Reformation Commentary on Scripture. Those in my experience offer various views on each pericope.
