The Ceremonial of Bishops is used and cited in a great many church articles online and in documents. It is also used by liturgists at parishes to improve their Masses even if the bishop is not there. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to go straight to the source in Verbum instead of having to rely on the citations or purchasing a physical copy and I can see it being read by many people interested in the Liturgy.
