Currently, the Sermon Builder will function properly like a desktop app, changing the cursor to flat, allowing text to be selected individually and taking proper inputs from the trackpad/mouse. However, outside of Sermon Builder in the iPadOS app, the cursor remains a cursor, and the whole app behaves like a touch based input instead of a computer based input. For example, when looking at any text, you have to double click to select text instead of being able to just hold down a mouse and drag. Then, once you double click, you have to move the end portions of the selection to narrow down the selection you want. It seems like it’d be fitting to have the app behave differently if possible based on whether or not the iPad had a keyboard/mouse connected. Clearly, it’d be nice for this to be thought through concerning all the areas where this could apply, but it’d be nice to have it apply to touchpad gestures and mouse cursors at least across the app interface. I have some screenshots attached to show what I mean.
