Using OBS Virtual Camera

Is anyone successfully using OBS's virtual camera as the Video Input into Proclaim? I have no issue if I set Video Input to use my webcam, and similarly, I can use the OBS Virtual Camera into Microsoft Teams with no problems, but I just get a black screen if I try to get Proclaim to use the OBS Virtual Camera.

Just for information, I am trying to find a way to bring in a real time web page-based translation (SconChat) as bottom third's to mix with normal slide content (eg sermon slides). The idea I had was to have OBS Virtual Camera bring in the translation and use picture in picture mode in a Proclaim Virtual Screen to show the slides in the top 2/3. I wouldn't need to use OBS if Proclaim let me use a web page as the background directly.
