I purchased Lange commentaries, but it does not show up in my purchases. Does anyone else notice any purchases that are missing?
In going through some of my other purchases, I've also noticed that the Biblical Counseling Collection and The Works of Van Til are not included in my orders.
I just bought Reformed Dogmatics and the John Piper Collection this weekend and they both show on my Orders page. I did notice they do not yet have the grayed out "add to cart" button on the Products page.
Resources you buy from other suppliers (i.e. not direct from Logos) are not included.
These purchases I made through Logos, through customer sales and not online. Would that make a difference?
No, it shouldn't do. I'm not aware of any orders that I'm missing, and I make quite a few via email rather than online. Perhaps you should call CS?
They are closed, so I will call them tomorrow.
