Upgrade Bible Study Library (LE) to Bibel Study Library (KF)?

I recently purchased the Bible Study Library (LE). When I have a look on possible upgrades, the Bible Study Library is displayed as "free", which I thought isn't really surprising since I already own it.

Now, when I add the download version of this "free" upgrade and go to checkout, it says "Upgrade Bible Study Library (LE) to Bible Study Library (KF)".

Can anyone explain the difference between LE and KF to me, if there is one at all?
