Free upgrade of New Int. Version??

Hi,
This is my first Logos post/interaction with the forum. I am trying to figure out how to download the New Version of NIV. Can someone help me with this as i am not overly computer savvy and this is basically new water I am treading.
Thank so much,
Blessings,
Brad

I'm not the most technologically proficient user here, but if you close out your Logos and reopen it it should begin to download automatically if you've gone through checkout already.

If you currently own a Logos4 base package (LE version), you can get a free upgrade to the KF version. The KF versions gives you the New 2011 NIV version for free. See this post for details: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/28219.aspx
You will basically go to the Logos Upgrade page and you need to look under your current base package. There you should see a link for the free upgrade. When you click on that you will be taken through the purchase process (please notice that the prices is $0.00). After completing the purchase you will find a link to download the installer. After the installation when you start Logos4 on your computer the new books will be downloaded and indexed.

I was struggling trying to follow the directions in the Logos blog post and get the download via the upgrade page ('free cross-grade'). It wouldn't let me.
Then I figured out Logos had automatically downloaded the thing for me.
Go figure.

Brad, do you own a Logos base package?

I have tried several times, but can't seem to move beyond the shopping cart page on the checkout process.
It just leaves me there, no matter how often I click on the Proceed button
David
When I look in Logos, I have the NIV 1984 listed - but other than the NIrV, no other NIV version appears in the library - so I don't think it has automatically downloaded

David, there has been some other conversation about this today as well.
Looking For Advice Re: Logos 4 Version.
Cannot Make Payment for Purchase
Proceed button does not work in Checkout - Help please!
The only solution I've seen that may have worked is something Dan Pritchett did in the second thread, but his advice was to try clearing your cart and trying again.
I suggest that you try that, or perhaps try another web browser. Baring that call Logos and they'll have to help you.
I wish I could tell you better.
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

Thanks Thomas,
Think I will have to call Logos - which is a pain from New Zealand because it is an international phone call.

Hi David
Some people have managed to get free international calls to Logos by using a Skype call.
See http://community.logos.com/forums/p/14157/108904.aspx#108904 for guidance on how to do it.
