Logos 4 crashes just after start and music begins

I am having the same trouble I saw reported earlier by another user. Sorry I didn't quite follow the instructions suggested. What was the final conclusion to the several solutions suggested--but still failed, though I think finally resolved? Am a novice and need to be 'led by the hand' in how to get up and running again. Thank you for any kind assistance.

I can't read logs, but perhaps I can assist in the gathering process. LogosLogScribe will automate much of the process and place the compressed archive on your desktop.

Wonder if Logging folder has any files ? (e.g. Logos4.log and Indexer.log files)

Note: uploaded zip file has an empty Logging folder.
