I there a way to hover two bible versions at a time,in reading a commentary?

Unfortunately No, but you could hover over a text and press F7. You'll get your top-5 Bibles.

Great response and tip! I never thought of using F7 for cross references, didn't know it would work in that instance too.

Tes, hovering over any Bible reference (whether it is in a commentary, TWOT, BDAG or the Power Lookup Tool) and pressing F7 will bring up your top five Bibles in the comparison panel.

I don't understand the question. The power look up tool finds every mention of the word or reference when it is the topic. Kind of like a topic browser. Are you just wanting two versions to pop up when you click a reference? You can so that by using the "send hyperlinks here" your first version and using one of the links to chain two versions together. When you click the reference it will open up the targeted bible and the other one should follow.
