Can't download ESV Study Bible
I have a license for the ESV Study Bible, but can't download it with Vyrso or the Logos android app.
I *can* download other books, just not this one. The download status bar reaches about 10% then stops. I eventually receive a message saying "Download failed."
Suggestions?

I am sorry, I don't have an android device to work through this with you. On the iPad, I have never received a "download failed" message. When you say that you can download other books, do you mean right now? Have you tried to download another book since you had this trouble? The Logos servers are no doubt on overload with Perseus.

I have just successfully downloaded the ESV Study Bible to both Vyrso (on iPad) and the Logos Android app.
It did seem to take a long time so Alabama is probably right when he says that Logos servers will be under a lot of pressure at the moment.
I'd wait a bit and try again - sorry if you've already tried that!

Strangely, after trying for the past week to download it, I got it successfully downloaded today. Must have been the server problem or something mentioned above. Thanks, gentlemen.

Can you provide some more information?
This thread is a couple of years old so the reasons for the issues you are seeing may well be different.
Some questions:
- What version of the app are you using and on what device?
- Can you read the study Bible on line? In other words is it only the download that fails?
- What error message do you get when you try the download?
