A handy book, very practical for personal use & teaching.  I have done the following:

 

-Compiled TOC (i.e. Headings - specifically for L4)

-Hyperlinked all internal references (i.e. internal TOC page #'s; Appendix refs; other internal ref.)

-Added all original print page numbers (formatted for L4)

-Included 3 different book covers from print editions to choose from

-Included .txt file to copy and paste for quick-filling-in of L4's Library information
