How to file a bug report for Proclaim

If you notice a bug, crash or other unintended or troublesome behavior in Proclaim there are a few steps you can take to help our developers reproduce and fix the problem more easily:
1. Be sure that you have the latest build of Proclaim. The application should update automatically, but you can always download it from www.proclaimonline.com. If that link doesn't work for you, try:
Mac: http://www.proclaimonline.com/mac/downloads/proclaim.dmg
Windows: http://www.proclaimonline.com/clickonce/proclaim.application
2. Attempt to reproduce the error after updating. Provided the bug still occurs, shut down Proclaim (if it is still running) and prepare to retrieve the Proclaim log files.
3. Navigate to the following location and retrieve all logs:
Mac:
- /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
- The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.
Windows:
- %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
4. Create a new post in this forum, with a title that briefly describes the behavior you are experiencing (such as 'Proclaim quit unexpectedly').
5. Include a step-by-step description of what you were doing when the bug occurred.
6. Attach the log files found above to that thread.
