If the presentation window shows up on the wrong monitor, you can press escape which will take it out of Full-Screen mode.

You can then drag the Presentation window to the desired desktop and press Full-Screen there to maximize the window.

shouldn't the proclaim software on my desktop "send" the proclaim presentation to the projector when i go on air?? Having to move windows around from desk tops to screens and from screens to desk tops during an actual presentation is very unprofessional.

Whenever i go to full screen from the proclaim presentation window - it always opens on my desktop.

    We are using Macs

When you first go On Air Proclaim attempts to open the presentation window on a secondary display, falling back to the primary (only) display. Once you have gone On Air we store the location of the presenter window as a local preference. Going back On Air should restore the last position of the presenter window.

That is odd. Proclaim is intended to push the Presentation window to the secondary monitor (in this case the projector) automatically.

Do you disconnect your projector between services?

If I understand you, you're saying that you move the Presentation window from the desktop to the projector and when you go Full screen the Presentation window moves back to the desktop?

I'm having the same problem with my Mac. I'm using Mavericks and the latest Proclaim update. But when I go On Air it shows up on the same desktop as the application.

    I'm not mirroring.

When I go the Proclaim > Settings > Identify Monitor, it says that my current monitor is both 1 AND 2.

    Keynote shows presentations fine.

On my PC with Win7 I've never had a problem, but I have yet to figure it out with the Mac.

    Thanks!

I have yet to figure it out with the Mac.

    Hi Matt

There are two menus that need to be set just right.

    On the Mac itself...

The most important here is the 'Mirror Displays' box must not be ticked. Not this is above the 'Show mirroring options' button.

Make sure that the white line is above the machine not the projector. You can drag the white line.

    The second is on Proclaim...

Clicking on 'Identify monitors' is the first step.

Then if the presentation control screen is on the wrong screen drag it to the correct place.

Return to the settings menu and click 'Identify monitors' again.

Once set up the mac should remember the settings.

Just occasionally I have to restart the Mac with the projector connected and on in order to get Proclaim to recognise the projector.
