Can not install

I have been trying to install my proclaim on the church computer. Originally it would not download, but that ended up being a microsoft .net problem which is now resolved. Now when I start the install I get a message the program can not be installed. Any ideas?

Does it give you a window with a "Details" button? If so, please copy and paste that text into this forum as a reply.

If you open Control Panel > Uninstall a Program, do you see Proclaim listed?

    Thanks,

That looks like a framework installation issue. Please run the .NET Installation Verification Tool found here: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/10/13/8999004.aspx

If the Verification Tool finds errors, please attach the log files that the tool generates (you can find instructions on where they are located at the above link).

I am also having an issue on download. The process stops repeatedly between 12-17meg.  I checked my programs listing and their are no other installed instances of Proclaim (I removed a beta version before beginning) and I have verified my .NET installation (4.0 full and client).

The error points to a network timeout, but I have been running several other network intensive processes in between download attempts and they are all running fine. I have attempted the download several times over the last 2 days.

    Here is the error file:

The logs you posted indicate that the download is timing out during the installation. Are you running antivirus software? Try disabling that temporarily and then start the download again.

If you continue to have problems please let us know.

    Thanks,

Just tried a couple of times with antivirus off and on - same thing. The download works fine up until around 11mb and then begins to slow until it comes to a stop between 14 and 18 when it finally gives the error.

Is there another download site I could try?

    Thanks.
