per request from EmileB, I am placing this up.  Part of the problem with this work is that it appears in so many forms and some elements are in some, but not in others.  I am basically reproducing the work, "Observations on Church Government by the Springfield Presbytery to which is added the Last Will and Testament of that Revered Body with a Preface with Notes."

That work, however, does not have the "The Witnesses Address".  If you want a hybrid piece, I could append that address to the end of this, but it would not be faithful to the original "Observations" document.

This was done very quickly by request, so please advise of errors.

    Thanks again Calvin! These resources from the RM aren't easy to find (well, for me anyway!). You've added a meaningful little collection to my electronic  library (I had these in my print library, but my entire print library was lost to me).

    I'd not recognized that this was produced in so may versions. Really glad that you went the extra mile and supplied "Observations". I for one would be happy to receive "The Witnesses Address" if you eventually feel inclined to work on it.
