Unable to purchase error

I am getting this pop-up every time I download or update an application from the Apple app store. I can say okay and the app downloads with no problem. I've tried a hard reset of my iPad2, tried syncing to the iTunes Store tried deleting the problem Vyrso app and nothing seemed to work. Please help!

This is a problem with the iTunes Store. You'll have to contact Apple. Sorry.

Ultimately, the solution is to get rid of one account. Is there a reason you have two accounts, or did it just "happen"? Do you know what apps/music/videos were purchased with each account?
