Audio Lag When Playing Videos

We have experienced a problem with the audio lagging behind the video in on two separate occasions with two different videos. The situation improves if we delete the item from proclaim and re-insert it into the set, but the audio still lags behind the video. Are there any solutions for this?

Does the audio lag when you play the videos directly from your hard drive?

Try uploading the videos as local files only as a test.

Hi I have the same problem the whole video is lagging and music doesnt sound right and I upload files as local files

Does the video play normally if you play it directly from the file using Windows Media Player (Windows) or Quicktime (Mac)?

I have the same problem, and yes it works fine in Windows Media Player and I only play it local.

Does this issue also happen when playing pro media videos? This would narrow down the issue a little bit more.
