Sync Error in Proclaim

I keep getting An Error in Synchronization has occurred, please try again. I try and I try. I don't think retrying helps. Any solutions. Yes I have internet, yes I've updated to the latest version.

We will need to look at your log files to figure out why you are getting this error. Here is a post on how to grab these. http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx Please attach them to the post and we'll get back to you.

Pastor Dave said that Proclaim crashed last Sunday. In addition, it has had this, "A synchronization error has occurred" message for the past three weeks. Please let me know how to help him fix it.
