Crashing when customising song slide

Hi,

I'm continuing my investigation of Proclaim to see if it would suit our church. However it is now crashing every time I try and customise a song layout - seems that when I select the lyrics frame or item on the left proclaim crashes - not good!

Any ideas what's going on. I see in this post that http://community.logos.com/forums/p/39797/296924.aspx#296924 someone seemed to think internet connection issues may have been causing them a similar problem?

I love the idea of proclaim but it just seems unstable and has other issues too (see previous post). I'm running on a mobile broadband connection in our church office - does proclaim need to have a 'good' internet connection?

I should add that my CPU is pretty much maxed out by Proclaim! It's been 10 minutes now and Proclaim still says 'not responding'

It really does seem to be every time I try and customize the lyrics section of a song slide that Proclaim crashes. I did manage to customise a song slide this morning.

Andy, I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing problems using Proclaim. To help us track down the cause of the problems could you please post your log files which can be found in the following locations.

Mac

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.
