On Air License

I purchased an On Air License and the order and subscription shows on my account page. However Proclaim will not allow me to go on air with out a water mark. Proclaim is still asking me to purchase a license after I have already successfully purchased a license. Any ideas?

Hi Kenny

I think that what you have done is to use some material from 'The Store'. At present this is a link to 'Graceway Total Media' and requires a hefty second subscription to access the material.

If you remove the items in your presentation which come from Graceway all should be well.

Drag the divider just above the 'Store' down and you will minimise that pane - which is a pain.

Thanks Mike, but apparently that is not the problem. Cart is only showing one item and that is to purchase a license. The slides were not from the store but the basic slides.
