On Air License
I purchased an On Air License and the order and subscription shows on my account page. However Proclaim will not allow me to go on air with out a water mark. Proclaim is still asking me to purchase a license after I have already successfully purchased a license. Any ideas?

Hi Kenny
I think that what you have done is to use some material from 'The Store'. At present this is a link to 'Graceway Total Media' and requires a hefty second subscription to access the material.
If you remove the items in your presentation which come from Graceway all should be well.
Drag the divider just above the 'Store' down and you will minimise that pane - which is a pain.

Thanks Mike, but apparently that is not the problem. Cart is only showing one item and that is to purchase a license. The slides were not from the store but the basic slides.

Ken, it looks like you had two groups. The first group was created by a user "kparmley" last December. The second group was created by the "Ken Parmley" account last Friday. The order was applied to the first group but that group has now been deleted. I will move the license over to the correct group for you.

At the time of this posting, the problem still persists and has not changed. If you have not moved the license over at this point that would explain the problem. Otherwise the problem has not been solved.
