Hi David & Dennis.
When will the NIV English–Hebrew Reverse Interlinear be available?
We've been patiently waiting for its release.
Logos, please reply. Thanks
Also wondering the same thing....
Thanks for your patience. We have been working on it.
Reverse interlinears of the Old Testament typically take around a year of concerted effort on the part of an editor. Without giving all the details, this one was thrown for a loop when the 2011 NIV came out and has had some other speedbumps along the way; some technical, and some otherwise. We've adjusted all of the alignments based on the previous NIV and are well on our way to completing this one. There is a possibility it will be done by the end of the year (2012), but it might slide into Q1 2013.
I know that's not optimal, but that's where we are right now.
[Drumroll] ... The OT Hebrew alignment for the NIV (2011) will be shipping soon, perhaps in the next couple weeks. Here's a sample of what to expect:
Again, thanks to everyone for their patience!
The sample is a little underwhelming. [;)]

Peace, Isaiah! *smile*
Good to meet you; and welcome indeed to the Logos Forums! I appreciate the sample! Connected, of course(!), to your name -- Isaiah! Great!
Also, Tonight is Maundy Thursday Services in so many places; and tomorrow is Good Friday Services for so many of us!
Thanks for your Isaiah 53 "sample"! *smile* very apropos!
Philippians 4: 4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand..........
Isaiah,
Thanks for the heads-up.
I am anxious to see and use the new NIV OT reverse-interlinear.
I am wondering if it will have the new Logos 5 interlinear features of Root, Root transliteration, & Sense as well as the typical manuscript and lemma transliterations which I do not see displayed in the sample. Perhaps a snapshot of the "Display" option list would clear up this uncertainty for the OT portion and if the display option list contains options that do not apply to the OT, you might point that out... Thanks

The NIV .... Reverse Interlinear Bible .... I wish this work was done and being used by you folks right now. That is my goal, and what I want to happen as soon as possible.
Rick,
it seems that due to recent developments, the NIV 2011 is currently only sold to customers from North America, whereas international customers are denied access. There is an anglizised-spelling NIV 2011 in PrePub. I hope you still follow this thread, since the relevant question is: will the new 2011 Anglizised NIV work with the Reverse Interlinear for NIV 2011?
Some future customers will be looking forward to your answer....
Thanks, Mick
Have joy in the Lord!
Hi Mick
There is an anglizised-spelling NIV 2011 in PrePub. I hope you still follow this thread, since the relevant question is: will the new 2011 Anglizised NIV work with the Reverse Interlinear for NIV 2011?
I have actually looked into this in the past, and have no conclusive answer (one way or the other). Thus I have no answer on whether there will be reverse interlinears with the 2011 Anglicised NIV, OT or NT.
If there are, they will need to be separate licenses. The existing 2011 non-Anglicised NIV reverse interlinears will not just work with the Anglicized.
Thanks for the reminder to look into this again.
