This may be more of a not yet implemented thing than a 'proper' bug, but the setting for background colour only seems to affect resources, not other panels:
Can someone check if this is a parity issue?
Logos 4.6a Beta 2 on Windows 7 also has white background hard coded in many places, including search.
Keep Smiling [:)]
Thanks.
Logos: this is supposed to be an accessibility feature. It needs to work on all panels.
I will create a case for applying the 'Resource Panel Background' color to other panels.
Hopefully, this will be two separate options: one for the text and one for the navigational and informational windows.
I like having the texts that I'm reading "stand out" from the nav & info windows. It helps keeps my eyes trained on the text. I've often wished it had a feature to turn the nav & info windows darker, subdued, while the text is center with light grey or paper colored (maybe even a textured old paper background). Kind of like the way some websites with video clips have a "lights out" mode. Keep the side panels visable and usable, but slightly below notice so they don't distract from reading.
I will create a case
Thanks, Tonya. And thanks for starting to notice my most recent batch of bug reports. I must have written/ bumped 20-30 of them in the last few weeks -- some of them two years old and/or never recognized -- and I don't think more than one or two have been noticed before today. So you still have quite a few more to reply to. [:)]
And I have several dozen more that needs bumping, but it takes considerable time to work through them and verify if the issue is still there or not, and it doesn't feel very meaningful when they're still left unread.
Wonder about linking case to a number of color suggestions => REQUEST: DIFFERENT COLORS IN LOGOS 4.5 and => How to Change L4 Font to White on Black background using Windows 7 OS
Personally wish for more colorful choices in Logos on Mac and PC.
