I contacted pbministries and asked about the copyright for Reese, they sent me this

"First Edition was printed in 1937 by Marshall, Morgan and Scott, London (Not bound by copyright laws of 1955). Second Edition 1975 by Grand Rapids International Publications. The book does say all rights reserved but no copyright statement. ISBN 0-8254-3610-9"
