Okay, this probably has a very small number of interested Logos users, which is why I simply converted the PDF to a docx file and did not correct the layout.

The source is http://www.ascleiden.nl/pdf/workingpaper52.pdf - it is a working paper under copyright. In offering it I am simply saving the effort of the pdf-docx conversion for you. As for a cover, I chose an Ethiopian icon of Moses.
