Logos 5 Crashing on mac 10.8.2

The logs show a number of errors including network connection (to Logos) errors.
- Have you ever had Logos 5 running successfully?
- Is your Internet connection OK — stable and reasonable speed?
- Are you still downloading and/or indexing resources? Is the Logos icon running on the menu bar.
- Have you tried opening Logos and to not load layouts — click on Logos icon first and then immediately hold the Command key when you launch Logos and choose 'Sign In'.
- Following on from 3, if that does not work you can choose 'Work Offline' then it will not try to connect to Logos.

You've had a number of crashes on Visual Bookmarks, one of which indicates search hits in the margin of a resource. As a workaround go to Tools | Program Settings and set the Search Bookmarks option to "No". You might do the same for the other Bookmark, just in case.

Logos 5 has also crashed on my computer several times. I hope that they will fix this problem.

Since crashes have many causes, would like to look at Logos diagnostic log files; wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#Logos_5_for_OS_X
