The logs show a number of errors including network connection (to Logos) errors.

Have you ever had Logos 5 running successfully?
Is your Internet connection OK — stable and reasonable speed?
Are you still downloading and/or indexing resources? Is the Logos icon running on the menu bar.
Have you tried opening Logos and to not load layouts — click on Logos icon first and then immediately hold the Command key when you launch Logos and choose 'Sign In'.
Following on from 3, if that does not work you can choose 'Work Offline' then it will not try to connect to Logos.

You've had a number of crashes on Visual Bookmarks, one of which indicates search hits in the margin of a resource. As a workaround go to Tools | Program Settings and set the Search Bookmarks option to "No". You might do the same for the other Bookmark, just in case.

Logos 5 has also crashed on my computer several times. I hope that they will fix this problem.
