Problem with The Last Upgrade

I installed the latest upgrade last night and after it installed Proclaim would not open. I deleted the program and tried downloading again but it still will not open. I don't know what to do next. Was there some sort of issue with the last upgrade? are there others with this problem.? This problem is on a MAC.

Tony, could you provide me with your logs? You can find instructions on how to find and attach your logs in this forum thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx
Could you tell me what sort of error message you are getting when Proclaim will not open?

I will gladly do that but it will be later this evening. I have to go bac to the church to get that info to attach. There is no error message. It starts up the initial log-in screen and then it just blanks and nothing ever starts.

I intially was doing the upgrade install at the church ( I was doing all of the various upgrades for programs on the computer). After the install I did the finsih and restart option. It started the log-in screen then blanked and I did nothing for about 15 minutes. I checked and there were not services running related to Proclaim (on a Mac). The next thing I did was remove alre proclaim items from my computer and redownload and install. The same problem occured. Until I can back to the church this evening this is all of the information I can provide.

I am having the exact same problem and I need to get my Sunday Service put together this morning or I am not sure what I am going to do. It has been doing this since Tuesday for me.

I have deleted the original proclaim file that was on my MacBook Pro and reinstalled and it still will not open.

It would be very helpful if you could provide log files as mentioned in the previous post by Ann. You can find instructions on how to do so here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

Ann, could you please try the steps in this forum thread and let us know if you are still unsuccessful? http://community.logos.com/forums/t/62244.aspx
If that doesn't work for you, it would be really useful if you could attach log files as described in this forum thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx
Thank you.
