Just for grins 'n giggles, I added headword milestones. If it is compiled as a Dictionary or Encyclopedia, it should have that functionality.

Thanks! I never think of headwords --but I'll add them in the future for works like this one.
The version with headwords has been deleted - why I personally don't like sharing via a third party site.
@Russ White I've run into at least two PB offerings that are no longer available on the 3rd party site. If you still have the docx files would you be interested in putting them directly onto the Logos servers? Thanks. MJ
