Adding web pages, YouTube videos

I have read the forums, but cannot understand how to get a webpage to display in Proclaim. I am using a MacBook Pro. I have downloaded Adobe Flash, etc. For YouTube video links I get a red arrow. For regular webpages, a black screen.

Getting frustrated...

Any insights?

First thing: I know you said you read the forums, but did you read through this forum thread? http://community.logos.com/forums/t/47118.aspx

Second thing: Are these red arrow/black screen problems while On Air, or only while in Preview mode? We do not currently display web items in Preview mode, though that functionality is underway.
