Link issue first: all the bible references are still blue but I can't get them to work whatever I do. The reason seems to be that there is no chain-link reference for existing bible verse references.
If the chain-link is necessary for references to work, this is a functional loss of data!

When I created a new test note, the editor immediately detected a bible reference and made it blue plus put in a chain-link reference.

Chain-linked links to these bible verses (actually logosref-links) or to websites or files on my disk will work (only) by Ctrl-Click. This is unfortunate since I happen to expect this to work on double click, or at least to be a part of the right-click menu.
Another unfortunate aspect: to find my new note, I used the Ctrl-F search box. Works perfect - but: since this box is a drop-out it covers information on the screen (I know you guys didn't invent it, but I still think this is bad UI design), in this case the key-link. When I close the search box the selection is killed (even if I was in active edit in the note text field before) and the Note file starts at the beginning!
In fact, to make the screenshot with the chain link visible, I had to locate the note by scrolling.
Scrollbar issue: Some of my existing notes (i.e not created or changed in the beta) have long text in them. In split view, the vertical scrollbar is sometimes not active at all, when it is active, it is much too short for longer notes. Technically, this may be due to a too small text window calculated somehow. Scrolling will work in this too small window, but going beyond with cursor keys won't change the display (note the text is still there - as can be seen in full view - and selecting beyond the visible area is possible).
The scrollbar/text window length is calculated differently on the 15.4'' screen as opposed to the 24'' screen, but both times wrong.
