BUG: BWS "default bible" not being respected (5.1 b6 Mac)

I think this is a bug… When I run a BWS from the Guides Menu (NOT from the right click menu in a Bible resource), The ESV pops up despite not being the highest prioritized translation with an RI. 

I discovered this bug by helping out in THIS thread.
