Ashton, J - The Devil in Britain and America - 1896
THIS TITLE CARRIES A OCCULT/WITCHCRAFT SPIRITUAL HEALTH WARNING SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE WEARING YOUR ARMOUR - IF YOU CHOOSE TO READ IT
One of my areas of interest is spiritual warfare, and this book is occasionally quoted, as it makes various reference to "The Discouerie of Witchcraft, etc., by Reginald Scot, Esq,’ 1584"
Its mostly historic, but there are a couple of places, where I debated about releasing it, whilst you may not agree with all that is said within, and I advise you do not, it is issued for research purposes, and consequently have chosen to leave the text as supplied, which may be antiquated language, or maybe incomprehensible (old scots)..so may be of not much interest to many.

Dominic, thanks for this. Health warnings duly noted!
For others compiling this as a PB, I found this blurb about the book on google books which you may want to use in the resource description box:
The author believes that all modern English books on the devil and his works are the same; they tell the same tales, are not illustrated and give the same cases of witchcraft. In this book, he has localized his facts and has provided 47 illustrations. Ashton gives a succinct account of demonology and witchcraft in England and America by using authorities not usually given and by a thorough research of ancient cases, using original sources. This volume brings to light many cases never before published. An appendix contains a list of books consulted in this work.

Thanks Dominic. Interesting stuff that should carry a warning.

Not a very exciting cover - found it online and extended its dimensions a bit to book size - but it does the job!
Kindle version has a nice enough cover and a screen shot and can crop and use that...

Thanks! I believe the Gospel binds Satan so fr as it takes root in in "good soil". But otherwise the Devil is having a field day throughout nominal Christendom and the world today. This should be an interesting read.
