PB: Great Art of the Nativity (custom-made)
I've been wanting to have more great art in Logos. Here is a very small start towards that, a first stab at a PB I've been working on called Great Art of the Nativity, with public domain art collected from the web. It's mostly a proof-of-concept so far (testing out the tagging for images, so you can search for all these images using #image in Logos), but I wanted to put out what I've got done at this point, as a little Christmas present to you all.
[EDIT: As MJ Smith has discovered, there is no option to compile a PB as a Media Collection, so you have to set this up as a Monograph. The tagging will still work for you to be able to search for the images using #image; it should find anything in the title, painter, media (e.g., oil, fresco), date (though it won't be smart about date range matching; exact textual matches only), or location (museum name, city). But other Media Collection features are not available. Hopefully Logos will add that functionality someday and let us build our own Media Collections.]
Here's a cover I made for it:
Have a blessed Christmas, everyone!

Thank you Rosie - that is great and really helpful. It's also given me a few ideas of things to do with some of the images I come across that would be great in Logos.
Thank you and have a great Christmas.

If you're lucky, by next Christmas I will have filled this one up with a larger collection of paintings. And then I can continue on to another volume in the series, perhaps Great Paintings of the Epiphany.
