Heiser's two courses look appealing to me, but I can't stretch out to cover all four courses. Gold is the most malleable metal, but my little gram of gold has been pounded out to the point that it is making tissue jealous. Maybe they won't be too expensive down the road...who knows. These days I'm definitely feeling like I'm playing Whack-A-Mole with my credit card.
