Default Song Text Position

Hi there,

How do you change the default text positioning for songs? Everytime we come to add a new song we have to change the text field width and height because the default vertical and horizontal centering doesn't suit our building. We have a custom background for our songs so ideally what I'd like to be able to do is apply a default text field position for that background - is this possible? If so, how can I set it?

    The best way to accomplish this in Proclaim is to use the Reuse Items section in the Add Items popup.

    Yes, that works for existing songs but not for new ones. What would be really great is if you could create a template that set the text positioning, font, colour, alignment,etc.. rather than having to update this for every new song we add. As we haven't had Proclaim long it means most weeks we're adding new songs into the database.

    JJ, you can also add each song more than once then just change the title in the 2nd title box (where you pull lyrics in from SongSelect).  Once you choose the new song, it conforms to the setup of the previous song. Change your background and you are good to go.  That's the best way we have found to fix those issues.
