Audio not working with videos

This Sunday we had 3 videos in proclaim. They played just fine but there was no audio. The day before the audio was just fine. If we played the audio through the computer and not proclaim everything worked fine and there was audio.
This happened a couple weeks back and I though it was fixed through an update, but now that it happened again I am a little worried.
