BI100 - Status

Is this still in pre-pub or not? On the product page I can put it into my cart and apparently, though I have not done so, pay for it.

This is supposed to be a bonus for those that spent a certain amount. However, I have not received it and I assumed it was because it was on pre-pub. But, now I am just confused.

    The FAQ states, 

    'You’re $50 promotional code will be sent to you via email with 45 days of making your purchase and will be valid until April 30, 2015. All other gifts will be emailed to you within 14 days.'

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for your question! I see that you have pre-ordered BI100; it will ship to pre-pub customers on Nov 17th. (There is a little callout box on the product page about this.) 

    We delayed shipping the pre-pub in case there were customers who wanted to take advantage of the option to get it for free. 

    Basically, there are three ways customers can get BI100:

    1. If you pre-ordered it before Oct 27th, it will unlock to your account on Nov 17th.

    2. You can buy it full price right now and have it unlock immediately.

    3. You can spend over $1,000 as part of the upgrade promotion and get a code emailed to you like Andy explained above.

    Thanks for the clarification. So, since I did spend more than the requisite amount, am I safe to delete it from my pre-pub? Will I still get the emailed "coupon code"? Can you fast-track the email?

    For anyone else interested: If you've qualified to get BI100 for free, you can go ahead and cancel your BI100 pre-pub. We will also be cancelling any pre-orders that overlap with customers who get it for free.
