    You would call sales rather than customer service.  CS is for solving problems.  There are a lot of good sales people who will help you save money.  Don't hesitate to call them when buying stuff.  The more you buy, the more likely they can give you a deal.  Angela, the rep I mentioned, is a Verbum specialist.  Ask her about her daughter, Sparrow.  New born.
